There's a pervasive myth in the industry that laundromats are completely passive, “set it & forget it” income systems… And that's completely wrong! This is the main reason why there's so many crappy laundromats out there and why the industry often gets a bad rap.
But while laundromats may not be passive, they certainly can be a very flexible business.
There IS a lot of work that needs to be done, but you can do it on your own schedule. Want to do this as a side-hustle after your regular job? Or take the kids to school and then work on laundromat tasks until they’re home? You can!
Many people think they want a passive-income lifestyle, but what they're really looking for is flexibility. And this industry is incredible for that.

Money can speed up the process, but it's not a substitute for hard work.
You can get into this business with not a whole lot of money and succeed. I've done it myself!
You also can get into this business and use money to quickly transform your laundromat, hire people, and grow to multiple locations.
But what you can't do is think that money will solve all problems for you... because it won't.
Running a business is hard work. Sure, it's rewarding. And sure, once you get going it can be relatively passive and very flexible.
